Legislation:
Ordinance No. 59/60 of 20 April 1959, Article 15 and Act
No. 65/66 of June 1965, Articles 22-24.
Notification of all occupational injuries should be submitted
within 48 hours of the accident.
Reporting:
The employer reports occupational injuries to the OCSS, which,
after processing the file, submits it to the labour inspectorate
for review. A standard form is used for reporting the injury.

The standard form furnishes the following information:
- information about the injured person;
- information about the workplace;
- information about the occupational accident;
- information about the occupational injury.
