Sect. 35. Collective contracts concluded in accordance with the law shall have binding force to both the enterprise and all of its staff and workers.

Sect. 31.

(1) Members of the parties to a collective agreement and the employer who is himself a   party thereto shall be bound by the collective agreement.

(2) The rules of law contained in a collective agreement which regulate matters relating to the operation of establishments and legal aspects of their constitution shall apply to all establishments of employers who are bound by the collective agreement.

(3) A collective agreement shall continue to be binding until it expires or is terminated.

Sect. L.135-2. Where an employer is bound by the clauses of a collective labour agreement, those clauses shall apply to all contracts of employment concluded with [the employer] in the absence of any more favourable provisions.

Sect. 241-12(1). An agreement shall enter into force as of the date specified in it, however not earlier than the date of registration.
