Desde un punto de vista organizativo, la política de empleo del Gobierno se alza sobre 5 ejes estructurales, en base a los cuales se abordará el desafío de fomentar el empleo de la población activa, llegando a una meta ambiciosa de creación de 600 mil puestos de trabajo a 2022 y una mejora en la calidad de los mismos, todo ello en el marco de un mercado laboral sostenible e inclusivo, basado en la igualdad de oportunidades.
