- The consultation at regional level (2016) was coordinated with the National Council of Urban and Rural Development (CONADUR) and its subcommission the Departamental Commission of Economic Development, Competitiveness, and Decent Work (CODECED) that is integrated by Government Institutions at national and local level, representatives of indigenous people, civil society groups, academy and employers of local level. Additionally, workers organizations participated in the consultations at regional level.
