- Main areas of the Programme:
- enhancing of active measures facilitating employment of the unemployed and socially vulnerable groups of the population through improvement of the regulatory-legal base dealing with employment issues, and development and implementation of some activities considering specific needs of individual vulnerable groups;
- improving of quality and competiveness of the labor at the labor market through improvement of the educational, training and re-training system, development of social partnership in aspects of introduction of mechanisms of independent assessment and certification of vocational training by the employers;
- development of the system forecasting demand in labor resources through analysis of the labor market, defining structure and scope of training of the specialists in line with needs of the sectors of the country’s economy;
- ensure development of the full-pledged system for protection of rights and interests of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic implementing labor activity abroad;
- formation and development of the effective system of public regulation of the labor migration through improvement of the legislation, informational and educational support, provision of services to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic having willingness to work outside the country;
- development of forms and methods of regulation of the labor migration based on development of bilateral and multilateral interstate relations;
- extension and enhancing of the public-private partnership in organization of training, referral and protection of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic implementing labor activity abroad;
- improving of quality and efficiency of work of the employment agencies providing services in field of employment and migration.
