Additional information:
The main objective of the Lesotho Labour Policy is to ensure that the country’s labour market delivers productive jobs, promotes social dialogue, protects rights at work and provides social protection with a view to achieving sustainable and inclusive economic growth and eradicating poverty. The Policy will facilitate the integration of the decent work agenda into national policy frameworks and also inform sustainable employment creation strategies in line with all the thematic areas to draw additional policy directives.
