- The State Policy on Employment has the following objectives:
1. Improve employment and reduce poverty by putting employment in the center of development policy;
2. Improve long-term (stable) employment by improving general employment services and enhancing quality, scope and effectiveness of employment promotion programmes;
3. Reduce unemployment of the educated by promoting continuous development of skills of the unemployed in accordance with labour market demand;
4. Increase labour value and productivity by establishing a suitable system of performance based wage and compensation;
5. Improve legal environment of labour relations in line with international standards.
