Additional information:
- Creating at least 90 000 additional permanent jobs as set out in NDP 4 by 2017. - The specific desired outcomes with regard to reduction of extreme poverty is that, by 2017, the proportion of severely poor individuals has decreased significantly from 15.8% in 2009/10 to below 10%, based on the Namibian poverty line.
