Pour atteindre cette vision, la politique nationale de l’emploi repose sur quatre orientations stratégiques qui sont : - Amélioration de la capacité d’absorption de la main d’oeuvre ; - Facilitation de l’accès des groupes vulnérables (personnes handicapées, jeunes et femmes) et migrants à l’emploi ; - Renforcement de la gouvernance du marché du travail ; - Amélioration de l’employabilité de la main-d’oeuvre.
