Overall, the national objective is to face youth unemployment by integrating young people into the labor market, supporting transitions between education and employment (through the National Operational Program Systems of active employment policies in conjunction with the Regional Operational Programs). 2022: The following are the Memoranda of Understanding/Agreements engaged the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies/ANPAL with other parties: - A series of trilateral and bilateral agreements have been signed between INPS, the Ministry of Labour, and the Regions for the implementation of the "Traineeships" measure of the PON IOG (Youth Employment) for the better and more capillary disbursement of the traineeship allowances due to the young participants in the Youth Guarantee. - Memorandum of Understanding for the promotion of the Youth Guarantee Plan in the context of professional offices and among professionals, signed by the Minister of Labour, the President of "Confprofessioni" and the President of "Adepp", the Association of private social security institutions. - Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and the Cassa Italiana Di Previdenza ed Assistenza Dei Geometri Liberi Professionisti (CIPAG) for the promotion, support and involvement of young NEET surveyors in the "Youth Guarantee" programme, as well as active participation in the - Support for self-employment and self-entrepreneurship. - Agreement to regulate the collaborative development of activities of common interest pursuant to art. 15 of Law 7 August 1990, no. 241 between ANPAL and Ente Nazionale per il Microcredito. The agreement governs the institutional collaboration between the above-mentioned Administrations for the implementation of the project National pathways to self-employment and self-entrepreneurship YES I start-up. - Agreement with Unioncamere with the aim of providing nationwide support for self-employment and self-entrepreneurship preparatory to the access of young NEETs enrolled in the Youth Guarantee Programme to the subsidised credit facility established at national level called "SELFIEmployment". - Agreement between ANPAL and AFOL (Agenzia Metropolitana per la Formazione e l'Orientamento e il Lavoro - Metropolitan Agency for Training, Guidance and Employment) for the implementation of the operation "Est-Lavoro", aimed at developing an integrated model of intervention to support employment for unemployed people and job seekers, particularly young people. The project is aimed at creating and consolidating a network of public and private entities that contribute to sustaining and qualifying the employment impact of the Westfield Milano development in Segrate.
