2025. Through the implementation plan of the youth guarantee program 2024-2026, a set of measures and activities related to employment of young people, training or continuing education is foreseen, which includes intersectoral working groups, which also foresee memoranda on cooperation with local partnerships. --- 2024: It will be done during the implementation of the Youth Guarantee programme ---------- 2023: At the level of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, a working group was formed for the introduction of the Youth Guarantee in Montenegro. _______ 2022: - The Ministry of Sports has a strong cooperation with youth organisations and youth clubs in Montenegro; - Annual grants provided by Ministry of sport to civil society organisations for projects aiming youth empowerment (including youth employment). These activities are carried in line with Outcome A of the Youth Strategy; - Cooperation of Government institutions with Chamber of Commerce. Montenegrin Investment Development Fund has cooperation with Chamber of Commerce, especially in the area of youth entrepreneurship; - Annual Summer Job Fairs, organised by Student Parliament of University of Montenegro and supported by various institutions. The purpose of these job fairs is the employment of students and graduates; - National Forum for Youth Employment – series of meetings within WeB4YES project - Western Balkan Civil Society Organizations for Youth Employment Support. 2025: During the creation of the implementation plan of the youth guarantee program, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Dialogue received expert technical support from the ILO, which will continue during the pilot phase of the program. In addition to this cooperation, specialized regional trainings on the topic of the program are also continuously organized in the organization ILO ___ 2024: ILO provides technical support in the implementation and introduction of the youth guarantee program ----------- 2023: International Labor Organization technical support for capacity building of institutions for the implementation of these policies. The International Labor Organization provides support for the introduction of the Youth Guarantee Program 2022 survey: ILO support - technical assistance for preparation Implementation plan for Youth Guarantee program Question 10 was left blank. Answer is from 2020 survey. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2020 survey: Cooperation with ILO to promote youth employment is mainly carried out through Decent Work Programmes (2015-2017 and 2019-2021). Some of the previously implemented activities targeting youth employment include: research papers on youth such as school-to-work transition in Montenegro and White paper: Recommendations to promote youth employment in Montenegro; ILO Conference on Youth Employment in Montenegro; certain activities of joint ILO-UNDP project - Promoting Inclusive Labour Market Solutions in the Western Balkans etc. Currently, Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare is developing Labour Market Information System with the help of ILO. There is also support from other actors: rest of the UN system, European Commission, Regional Cooperation Council etc.
