- description:
- A more thorough assessment of the level of political will present among stakeholders to acknowledge the problem of child labour and to work together to address it is advised before starting a program. Greater awareness and analysis about stakeholdersÂ’ regard for the problem and desire to meaningfully address and participate in a project is advised from the start. This analysis should impact the project design, and indeed, whether to start the project in the first place.
