Trade Union involvement in youth employment development The establishment of two sub-regional Trade Union youth networks – the Arctic Circle network, involving the northern regions of the Russian Federation and selected Scandinavian Countries, and the Caspian Sea network, involving Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation – helped focus attention on specific youth employment issues in these regions and on the development of Trade Union positions on these.
