PROFIT has adopted an implementation approach which takes into account the contribution of each local actor in the sector and their effective integration into the implementation process, particularly during its second part (post-mid-evaluation period). -course). It is also a source of satisfaction. These actors are close to the daily realities of producers and have in-depth knowledge of their specific needs and challenges. Within the framework of PROFIT, the liaison role between producers and the project played by PLACAGA (mainly in insurance and financial credit activities) was important and made it possible to reach the most needy beneficiaries, who, accordingly, express their satisfaction with the implementation. In addition, the diversification of activities with additional components has allowed greater involvement and collaboration with town halls and BACs which are now more satisfied with the results of PROFIT.
