- Being part of the same sector helped identifying common grounds in terms of similar challenges and opportunities, and helped finding common and agreed upon solutions.

- The analysis of the outcomes of activities where sectoral approaches were used (training, workshops etc.) shows that the quality of dialogue and of the cooperation between workers and employers has been higher than in activities where this approach was not used.

- The sectoral approach in social dialogue has proven to be potentially highly effective in this project, as it allows for sharing sector concerns and discussing sectoral issues from a perspective of mutual empathy and consideration of problems and challenges of social partners.
