challenges:
-
success:
Undertaking the critical minimum activities, long term staff, sufficient resources and involvement of a wide range of national stakeholders to ensure local ownership and sustainability of the agenda.
context:
In countries where no prior work has been done on issues of child labour and forced labour, more intensive inputs may be needed on awareness raising, consultations, and policy influence
description:
Country-wise interventions need to be concentrated, with a critical minimum number of activities, sufficient resources, and long-term staff in the country to maintain the relations with and engagement of key stakeholders as presence is important to have policy influence.
administrative_issues:
Lack of availability of long term staff for the project, lack of preplanned fundraising, having to establish partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders for each country
