Where the ILO Fellow did not renew the contract, the delay of replacement led to delay of the implementation of technical assistance. This necessitated the review of the results framework to allow for the company to design one product as opposed to two products

Despite the short period, the fellows were versatile and instrumental in mapping out processes and ensuring a proper implementation of the key initiatives.
