Currently, the staff is unhappy and demoralized partly because of the absence of job security and clearly spelled-out employment agreements in their contract with the employer.

The ESC service providers have been trained; know their clients and are able to deliver employment services.

description:
Good management practices and communication have to be assured, whether the services provided by a subcontractor/service provider; clear lines of supervision as well as respect for colleagues are essential for the ESC to run smoothly.
