Importance of working with NGOs. The innovative work with NGO for capacity building was a key lesson learned as it can inform future program practices. This was a first ever successful collaboration between labour services and a civil society organization.. A process through which three volunteers were trained on OSH; three flash videos were developed on OSH/ILS.
