It is essential to highlight what most stakeholders interviewed considered as a good practice: the shadow inspection visits conducted by BHW and MAST labour inspectors as part of their training. The purpose of these visits was to allow labour inspectors to directly witness how EA operate, behave and implement ILS in the context of an enterprise assessment.
