The PRIDE Project showed that conducting and disseminating research on rights issues, could lead to open dialogue around these issues and create an impetus for change. Placing LGBT rights within a context of promoting diversity and equality, at the workplace, and/or as an issue of fundamental rights facilitates buy-in to the Project on the part of constituents
