The inclusion of domestic and FDI factories in the interventions provides a broader scope of intervention for the programme and supports the offering of demand led services to respond to the needs of the particular factories, and then allow entry points for other elements of the programme. For example, to date in this programme, Better Work has been more popular with the FDI factories and SCORE with the domestic factories.
