- An M&E inclusion strategy and a plan were produced during the SAMM Partners Meeting that took place at the beginning of 2024 to ensure that cross-cutting issues (gender and human/fundamental rights) were included in all project activities and in our reporting. SAMM’s monitoring system was revised to ensure that all PUNOs report on their action on inclusion of cross-cutting issues.
