- Country-level dialogues on labour and mixed migration governance were convened in each of the 16 SADC countries by the SAMM project to enhance labour and mixed migration governance. For those countries with an Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration, a representative from each of the institutions members of the Committee was invited. In most cases, Government representatives from the Prime Minister’s Office, Foreign/Home Affairs, Labour/Employment, Education/Skills, Gender, National Statistics Office, Refugee National Commission, and 5 representatives each from Workers’ and Employers’ organisations.
