- title:
- LABADMIN/OSH and BWH should coordinate efforts to institutionalize labour inspector training in the ENAPP, while considering the implementation of a resource mobilization strategy to secure sustainability.
One of the key project weaknesses is the fact the training provided to labour inspectors and managers of the MAST could not be replicated on an institutional level. As such, it is of capital importance to enter into an agreement with the ENAPP, the institution in charge of the training public officials, so they might integrate the training modules into their curriculum. A resource mobilization strategy must be developed to ensure the sustainability of the training programme within the ENAPP.
