• BFC takes part in all Better Work organized internal capacity development events, such as biannual global Operational Management Team meetings, annual Team Leaders meetings ensuring service delivery to factories, Regional Business Fora, leadership programmes for staff, and induction meetings for new staff. • BFC updates the fraud and risk register biannually (management team); implements the internal staff training calendar developed annually together with staff (training including both technical and leadership skills); conducts annual gender reflection/ training for all staff, organises monthly staff meetings, and bi-weekly management meetings. • As part of the ILO, BFC co-organises ILO annual planning meetings as well as BFC’s own internal planning meetings.
