- The CEC and the CCL should pursue their concerted efforts to influence social and economic policies at the CARICOM level. They should more specifically pursue their joint advocacy efforts to have a recognized status in COTED and to maintain their status in COHSOD. Having a status in COHSOD and COTED is not only key to influencing CARIFORUM policymakers but is also a way of remaining visible and relevant to their constituents.
