- The MOM should also give special attention to the institutional sustainability by promoting the role of the performance enhancement & training centre within MOM.
The TOT approach and Inspection material and checklist have potential for sustainability. However, such sustainability is dependent on the MOM’s capacity and willingness to continue the use of the tools introduced by the project. Beyond the project lifespan, trained ToT have the capacity to replicate the trainings to other inspectors. This evaluation recommends that the MOM replicates the training conducted over the course of the project’s lifespan through the promotion of the role of the performance enhancement & training centre within the MOM.
