- KfW did not support the proposal to include a specific study on cost comparison between Labour Based Tchnology and Conventional methods in Phase III.
- action_plan:
- The revised project selection criteria will be introduced in the Project Management Committee Meeting including the emphasis on labour intensity as a key selection criteria. This will allow identification and selection of projects more suitable to labour-based implementation. The project team will continue to produce cost comparison for various activities, to provide further arguments for selection of appropriate projects.

- title:
- Using current implementation experiences, the ILO and UNDP should tighten cost calculations for infrastructure activities (road and sidewalks and environmental works). This will provide the basis for negotiating with the Government on the need for inclusion of some environmental works activities such as forestry and road maintenance on the percentage of the budget which must be allocated to labour (No resource implications. Low priority).
