- Future project governance and partner coordination. To increase ownership of government stakeholders at the sub-national level, the LEED+ phase should include regular reporting and dialogue with the relevant line ministries and administrative government, including the Department of Cooperatives, Ministry of Fisheries and Ministry of Agriculture. Regarding governance at the sub-national level, rather than establish a new project advisory committee at province level the ILO and partners should consider using existing government platforms such as the Provincial aid coordination meeting and district coordination committees as platforms to report on progress and receive advisory comments.
