- The role of strengthening ISCs has been taken up by NSDA and ISCs are also represented in Executive Committees of NSDA. Various other projects such as ADB’s SIEP and DFID’s Sudakkho projects are also building capacities of the ISCs.
The seven model institutes will have public-private partnership models implemented, self- employment promoted through enterprise development training and establishment of incubation center. The skills 21 is promoting green jobs in the model institutions.

- 4) Liaise with BEF to continue support, including capacity building, of the 20 ISCs (13 existing one and seven ISCs to be set up in the coming period) to be coordinated with ADB/SDC, and to enhance awareness among the private sector of potential opportunities through ISCs and PPP, and for example learn from the PPP pilots. In addition, explore further ways to enhance Self-Employment and Green Job innovation.
