comments:
the process takes into consideration a leading role and close involvement of trained NGOs: a) reviewing the proposed ToR for the development of the community-based market assessment, b) implementing relevant activities guided by coaching and mentoring activities, c) pro-active participation of trained NGOs in committees to be formed at various level including national, local and technical. On the other hand, it is planned to document lessons learned from the field exercise and provide a summary guidance on market assessment that relies on TREE and value chain analysis that will be made available to public at large.
action_plan:
A monitoring plan will be developed and ILO will also be involved in the analysis of the assesment results prior to dissemination.

title:
2. Monitor the development of community-based market assessments. It would be better to develop a close monitoring mechanism for the development of community-based local assessments where the trained NGOs and other actors can lead this activity, guided by coaching and mentoring activities, rather than working on different pillars within a short time. This could be a model to be replicated in other sectors. Additionally, sharing the results of the community LMAs among other NGOs and community actors would be helpful for learning purposes. Also, this will contribute to other feasible networks and partnerships among those NGOs that provide the same services to support the complementarity components in such partnerships.
