title:
In future projects on labour law reform, it is recommended to apply a more considered approach on the stage of design of Funding Opportunity Announcement and set more realistic goals within the allocated timeframe and budget. While it is understood that project documents must address high level issues and accord with national and international priorities, outcomes must also be achievable and realistic. Labour law reform requires long-term interventions (probably 5-10 years) in order to see the tangible results.
