4. Consider increasing the diversity of the topics of the vocational and technical trainings and the small scale income generating activities taking into account of the potential capacities of the beneficiaries as well as the potentials of the market in Gaziantep area. Meanwhile, consider motivating the Syrian refugee women and HC women on new vocational and technical skills. (Activities 1.2.2, 1.2.3, 1.2.4 and 1.2.5)
