comments:
The project is closely working with the MoEWOE and its subordinate bodies, i.e. BMET, WEWB and BOESL. The project is also maintain a regular working relation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Planning Commission and BBS. On the other hand, to maintain synergies with other UN agencies, the project took leads to work as a One UN approach. Finally under the UN Migration Network, the ILO is the chair of the Labour Migration Working group, encompassing of the UN agencies and 6 CSOs, this to: (1) ensure operational coordination and synergies on key issues and (2) ensure updates about programme delivery and identify Network areas to address with the GoB;
action_plan:
1. An Implementation Agreement will be signed with the MoEWOE in January 2020 through which the Government will get the opportunity to utilize project resources for some important aspects of management of labour migration (e.g. classification of RAs which will be a strong instrument for monitoring RAs performance, and revision of some existing MoUs.) 2. An implementation agreement will be signed with the BMET in Dec 2019 or January 2020 to work on RPL in 2 destination countries, review of pre-departure, find two additional occupation for female, development of standardized learning documents for migrant workers.

3) Work together with the MEWOE and its organizations and selected partners to truly build upon the achievements of the previous phases (2011-2015 and 2016-208), to enhance the implementation of the laws and rules and to accelerate the progress of organizational reform and the setting up of the right mechanisms and systems as well as tools and resources needed to support the work of the Ministry centrally and at the division and district levels and in the labour wings abroad.
