- Each project staff determined developmental objective as part of performance appraisal by selecting at least one online training module which is developed in cooperation with ITC and ILO. The staff are expected to complete these training in a year of time. However to enable staff going ITC/ILO Turin, this should have been considered as a seperate budget item as 'Staff Development' and should be negotiated with the Donor for their approval or staff could accompany any participants attending a course from public institutions when required.
