The OSH training of MSEs is recommended to be upscaled and replicated widely (preferably nationwide) with support of the Ministry of Labour (in particular NIOSH) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports (in particular SED). NIOSH could develop a MSE OSH module as an outcome of the present intervention, and an online learning and teaching platform can be created in different sectors (for example through the websites of MoL/NIOSH and/or SED).
