CMEP should be revised to mainstream gender, inclusion and PWD. Guidelines for that work can be taken from the ILO evaluability assessments. In the future, to ensure the setting up of a CMEP framework at the national level, a specific budget needs to be dedicated to CMEP workshop activities.
