With respect to the Project Design of a Regional project, it is recommended to maintain the balance between, on the one hand, the number of activities proposed in several countries and in a Regional Component, and on the other hand, the resources available. Such a regional set-up easily risks becoming ambitious and very complex for a Project Team that needs to divide its attention over the different countries and the regional component. Another aspect of project design concerns the indicators of the outcomes which are recommended to be more clearly measurable.
