- Revision of the SHI Law is temporarily delayed by the Government. Given limited funds provided by Luxembourg, the project cannot maintain the team in place and cannot allocate a budget to support activities in Viet Nam. The project manager will continue to provide technical assistance (working time)

For Viet Nam it is recommended to continue the support through the 2nd Phase of the project for the revision of the SHI Law and once this Law is ratified (possibly in 2022) for the development of the implementation regulations.
