ROAS and Iraq CO will continue to strengthen the tripartite model of collaboration and engagement from the inception period up until phase out of a project.
action_plan:
In all projects that are implemented in Iraq, the CO ensures all concerned tripartite key stakeholders are involved and engaged to ensure the projects are well designed, implemented with a sense of effective collaboration and sustained results, from the inception till the end of each project. The DWCP steering committee deliberates twice a year to look at the programme progress including LFS and NEP.

title:
6. Enhance engagement with constituents throughout project timeframe It is strongly recommended to involve and engage with ILO's constituents across all ILO projects, and throughout the timeframe of projects' implementation. In specific, special attention should always be paid to enhancing social dialogue in the different contexts in which ILO projects operate. According to the various project design and project management ILO guidance documents, social partners should be involved throughout the project period, from design to implementation, regardless of the area of focus of the project.
