Recommendation 4. Enhance the coordination mechanisms between the government, the private sector and (I)NGOs in the organization, implementation and monitoring of the ILO training programmes The coordination of the implementation and monitoring of ILO programme should not be limited to MoLSA but includes, in addition to the government, representatives from the private sector and (I)NGOs. A well-structured coordination mechanism (i.e. steering committee, task force) for both program implementation and monitoring is to be established. MoLSA and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture could play the role of facilitation between the public and the private sector. The proposed coordination mechanism could also host a Bank information database for those beneficiaries seeking for training or grants.
