- The new reintegration project is developed based on the national plans and priorities of the government, SDC’s programme strategy and ILO’s P&B and DWCP.
The indicators of the project are agreed with donor which reflect the indicators of Government’s 8th Fiver Year plan, SDC’s result matrix, UNSDCF result matrix and ILO’s DWCP result matrix.
The new project inception phase will also detail the M&E planning within first six months of the project.
- action_plan:
- 1. Finalize the project indicators and monitoring processes within first six months of the project through detailed M&E plan.
2. Align the project’s result matrix with SDC’s broader result matrix and Government’s priorities.
3. Conduct the mid-term and Final evaluation according to project implementation plan.

- 5. In a Technical Cooperation Project that addresses policy change, consider addressing any concerns about indicators and monitoring processes early in the project implementation. The donors and implementing agencies need to agree on the levels of indicators (policy, institutional, grassroots), processes for doing the baseline and endline measurements, and means for resolving differences within the first 6 months of project implementation.
