Recommendation 8: Strengthened support to school-to-work transition This can be achieved by providing technical and financial support for various initiatives, including the development and integration of core employability skills into competency-based training programs; the strengthening of career guidance and counselling services for students; the provision of employment, entrepreneurship, and livelihood training, as well as post-training support for students; and further support for the establishment of a comprehensive, cross-sectoral referral services network.
