- The reporting requirements were only reduced by the UK government during the no cost extension period. The quarterly and annual progress reports along with the quarterly forecast and non-certified financial reports were regularly submitted by the ILO to the representatives from the UK government during programme implementation until March 2023. From early 2023 onwards, the ILO national and regional teams had regular calls with the UK Hub and representatives from the UK government in London and the region to discuss programme achievements and challenges in completion of existing activities.

- title:
- 4) Minimize reporting requirements for the SfP SEA Programme vis-à-vis the SfP Hub in order to set free resources unnecessarily tied up in reporting to contribute to work related to implementation proper, in particular considering the delays incurred as a result of the pandemic and budget cuts. A maximum of personpower should be made available for a best-possible finalization.
