Currently, there is another ILO Norway project “EYE FORSA” is taking place from June 2020 to June 2024, which was mobilized based on EYE RAWABET with $3.5M

action_plan:

ILO Cairo office has prepared a resource mobilization strategy; number of technical meetings has been organized with several donors as a follow up on COP 27. The office is currently in the process of finalization of employment strategy for Egypt, number of new initiatives based on the results of EYE RAWABET project will be discussed with the Norwegian embassy.

1) Explore the possibility of a follow-up intervention with possible collaboration and financial support from the Embassy of Norway and/or other Development Partners in order to maintain the momentum gathered by the project and to make the project results sustainable. Significantly, all stakeholders interviewed would like the project to continue as they underscored the relevance and importance of its outputs and results.
