- The Project agrees on this and shall do this once the new team members are on board, through internal meetings and with PAC members. The Project has tried shifting its approach however after the MTE, from conducting activities directly, to dedicate its energy into forging the Implementation Agreements, ensuring their alignment with the Project, and starting their implementation, while parallel focus is given on cross cutting issues or interventions that can benefit and drive demand from different sectors

- title:
- 7. Conduct a strategic planning exercise as soon as possible following the MTE to guide the second half of the project and develop a clear roadmap. This exercise should initially be held internally among project staff, Country Office programme staff, and LABADMIN/OSH officers. The agenda should include:
a. Challenges to private sector engagement and pilot enterprise commitment and in specific sectors and planned strategies to engage enterprises
b. Planning and implementation arising from the strategies.
Following internal discussion, the team should discuss proposals and any adjustments to the strategy with partners.
