action_plan:
"The project is collaborating with the SIRI project to develop grievance mechanism for workers’ organization. SIRI project is currently developing the application, and the Workers’ Rights Project will trial and replicate the application when available. In terms of ‘stronger role for workers’ organizations in raising awareness at the project site’, this is an ongoing activity with KSBSI—one of the main workers’ organizations in Indonesia. KSBSI conducted awareness raising activities for the social partners at the target provinces as part of the process to develop a recommendation paper and joint action plans (July to September 2023). Through the joint action plans, the project will train more workers’ organizations at provincial and sectoral level to be able to promote compliance to labour standards, gender equality and OSH independently to the local community."
