However, LEPs could pilot specific national initiatives at the local level, such as focusing on the construction sector, which is characterized by a high level of informality. In such cases, LEPs could pilot initiatives like Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or sector-specific formalization efforts to address these challenges and promote sector development.
