- comments:
- In a training implemented by a project partner, a diagnosis of needs of the local target public and of the demands of employers was already conducted. The technical area of the training course was defined based on this diagnosis.
- action_plan:
- No further professional training activities are foreseen for the next phase of the project, but ILO Brazil will incorporate this lesson learned for future modules of capacity building programmes with LGBTQIA+ people. The capacity to implement these actions will depend on the ability to convey to donors the relevance of allocating time and funds to produce diagnosis prior to the training and to execute longer training courses.

- title:
- The Project could offer a greater variety of courses, taking advantage of both the diagnosis of the desires and expectations of the target public and the demands of employers. Some of the possible modalities suggested during data collection were technical courses in the areas of administration, management, IT or sewing. In addition, many interviews and focus groups pointed to the need for longer training courses in technical areas that are in high demand or have added value in the job market.
